What the form sends
Name, email, optional organisation, message (incl. topic and timeframe) and consent. Data is sent as email through the host’s mail service to tech@ibithunchatterjee.fun. The form does not store messages in a database or log their content.
Rate limiting
To prevent abuse, a pseudonymous identifier (SHA-256 hash of domain and IP address) and a counter are stored in a temporary server file outside the public folder. Max five attempts per 15 minutes; expired files are deleted on later requests after 15 minutes.
Email retention
Enquiries in the inbox are kept as long as needed to answer and follow up, then deleted. No fixed period is set; you can request deletion.
Legal basis
Consent and legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR art. 6).
Local storage
The site stores only your cookie-dialog choice in localStorage (key "ic_consent") and possibly a temporary scope draft in sessionStorage. No analytics, tracking, external fonts or media.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. Complaints can go to Datatilsynet (Norwegian DPA).
